Koloa's community enjoys the Annual Plantation Days Festival that brings music, laughter, and games alike. Koloa prides itself on sharing the look of Hawaiian towns from past years. It has preserved several of the oldest buildings in Koloa history. Recreation consists of many outdoor activities including fishing, snorkeling, surfing, and scuba diving. Additional outdoor recreation in Koloa are Poipu Bay & Kiauna golf courses. Their beautiful scenery are a sight for sore eyes. Heritage Trail and many art galleries show tourists a few additional historic sights of Koloa. And one can explore the great ruins in Koloa, which is located in town.
