The 350-foot tower is slated to begin sales in late summer or early fall. Construction is expected to be complete by early 2009. What: Season finale of Prospective buyers can begin making reservations for the property this summer, with a first sales release to follow in November.

All of the suites will have kitchens. Mail in reservations will be available. Reservations will be accepted with a $20,000 refundable deposit.
